• Confirmation is subject to supplier approval
• Final booking status may change prior to confirmation
• Duplicate bookings for the same service should not be made
• Confirmation or rejection will be communicated within 48 hours
• Rates may change depending on supplier response
• Suppliers reserve the right to decline On Request bookings

For urgent requirements, services with Instant Confirmation are recommended.
