  • Food and beverages are not permitted inside the park, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Photography is allowed, but avoid using flash near the animals.
  • The last entry to the park is at 5 pm.
  • Do not touch, handle, or feed the animals on your own; some encounters, such as the Reptile Encounter, let you hold a python with a staff member assisting you.
  • A roundtrip hotel transfer, when selected, is available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road and Marina.
  • Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic conditions and your pickup location.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during transfer.
